Mercy Wakes You

When we wake up each morning there may be troubles looming still, fears, doubts and questions that make our hearts ache but we do not lay at the mercy of them. We lay at the mercy of the One Whose mercy woke us, sustains us, saved us and is forever fighting for us. We lay at the mercy of the One Whose mercies are new.

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness" (Lamentations 3:22-23).
